Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Include any original packaging, tags and accessories (where applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

To start a return, please email ssourcedbykm@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened fragrances or fragrance oils.
  • Opened skincare or body care products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products purchased through The Academy, including playbooks, templates and guides.
  • Personalised or specially sourced products purchased through Request A Piece, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Reselling Kits

Due to the nature of curated reselling kits, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged, faulty or significantly different from their description.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, please return your eligible purchase (where applicable) and place a new order once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.
